I like movie theaters and the experience of going there to see new movies or older ones. Waiting in line for a new anticipated movie during the first weekend or first week can be a great time. After watching the movie and the credits roll, some people left leave and others stay for an extra end scene, which could be a hint for the next movie in a series or another movie. Then, after the movie is over everyone goes home and talks about what they saw on the big screen online or with they friends and family.
However, I think one way movie theaters can be better is to have a weekend discount snack promotion. The snack promotion can be used for new movies or movies that are about to be removed from theaters. Another way is having a small discussion screener before and after the movie for people in the theater to meet each other about a movie or even trailers they saw in previews. I think it would be a good suggestion to have a screener survey for more interaction with other people about their favorite movie genres or tv shows.
One final suggestion would be to add some more food items to the menu. An example, would be to add a cheeseburger or chill cheese hotdog combo with tater tots and chips.
