It was an off day for our heroes as they were relaxing at home. They were watching TV and reminiscing about previous missions they have completed. Blossom, Bubbles & Buttercup were sitting down on a large couch. The day went by slowly as the chatter turned into laughter for the three of them. That is, until Buttercup bought up a mission they completed a long time ago and all vividly remember.
On one mission, they had to stop space invaders from attacking Townsville and she came up with a good plan on how to stop them. Buttercup wanted to bum rush them and do a frontal assault attack. Bubbles and Blossom agreed to it and they wanted to see what would happen. When the space invaders came, the trio got into position and started attacking the girls. The girls bested the space invaders and put up a good fight. They took down all the minions, until the main leader showed up with an energy barrier. The energy barrier was double layered and it couldn't be cracked with their combined powers.
The leader's name was Elia and she was a ferocious person with a serious attitude. "Oh wow, I thought you all were powerful enough to stop my barrier." Elia laughed, "Hahaha. I can't wait to fight you three." The barrier around Elia dropped and she started a frontal attack against the three girls, knocking them down with punches to the face and body. The girls tried attacking back, but their moves were blocked and dodged with little effort. Elia, then hit Blossom in the stomach and threw her across the city into a building, Bubbles screamed out for blossom and flew to her. "You will pay for that!" Buttercup yelled. She used her hammer to attack Elia on the head, but it did no damage. Buttercup gasped but kept on hitting her with the hammer, until Elia grabbed it and snapped it in half. "No way! how," Buttercup thought instantly, but was upheld by Elia in one hand. "Weak," Elia said as she threw Buttercup on the ground and kicked her across the street. Bubbles helped Blossom up and asked if she was okay and Blossom nodded. Blossom noticed Elia was wearing a metallic and tan suit that had protective shields on it. She can also tell her suit was glowing when she was near her airship. Blossom had thought of something and looked at Bubbles with a confident look.
Bubbles flew back to Buttercup and helped her up as she was beat up. "How is Blossom?" Buttercup asked. "She is fine," said Bubbles as Blossom arrived beside her. Elia looked at the three girls and smirked, "You girls are not tough as I heard and this is funny. Hahaha!" Elia started laughing with a hand under her chin and looked back at the girls. Buttercup spoke up, "Wait, how did you hear about this?" Elia grabbed a piece of paper from her pocket and showed it through a projector screen, displayed in front of them. It was a visual screen of their team name, "The Powerpuff Girls'', with their individual names and faces showcasing their stats and powers. "You girls are known across the galaxy from previous encounters and your feats are noteworthy," Elia explained. "I am one of the strongest villainesses in the galaxy and was eager to find you three," Elia continued. "Oh wow, I did not know we were known across the galaxy!" Bubbles said. "I can't wait to ask the professor to take us to space one day and see the stars and other planets!" Bubbles was excited and imagined going to space and exploring other planets. Blossom then asked, "Who are you anyway and what do you want with us?"
Elia closed the projector screen, then struck a pose with her hands in the air and her body tilted sideways. "I am Elia, the Space Empress and Scientist of Planet Candle!!" Elia paused for a second, then continued," Whenever a scent is needed, I keep it well-lit!" The Powerpuff Girls were stunned for a few seconds before bursting out in laughter holding their stomachs on the ground. Buttercup was rolling around and said a joke," That is so lame and corny! Haha!" Bubbles chimed in, "Where did you get the line from? A scent perfume commercial? Haha!" Blossom was slapping the ground while laughing and said, "The Mayor and Mojo jo can come up with a better name and lines than that garbage! Haha!" The girls were laughing for two minutes, while Elia was getting angry as her face got red and her suit started charging up. Elia yelled out, "Vortex Wave!" A beam of light left her suit's chest directly towards the three girls at a quick velocity. The girls stopped laughing when they saw the beam approach them and stopped it with their hands as they got up from the ground. "Argh! This beam is too strong and it is pushing us back," Blossom thought. The girls were trying their best to hold their ground, but their bodies couldn't handle it. Elia, on the other side, was increasing the power and said, "It is over now! Vortex increase!" When she said those words, the beam increased and exploded instantly causing a loud noise around the area with debris flying everywhere.
A cloud of smoke was left present for a few seconds before clearing up, Elia awaiting at the scene. Once the smoke was clear, the girls were intact and covered by a big blue barrier. Elia saw it and spoke up, "I see you three took the Vortex Wave head on and made it through." Elia smirked and said, "Next time you won't be able to block it." The blue barrier was let down and the girls felt relieved afterwards. "Whew! Good thinking with the barrier, Bubbles! We would have been toast without it," Blossom commented. "Yeah, Bubbles, you really saved us this time," Buttercup added. Bubbles looked at Blossom and Buttercup with a thumbs up and nodded. "No problem, girls. Anything I can do to help, but now we have to focus on the main target."
The girls looked at Elia with a serious look and got into a fighting stance. "All right, then let's finish this now and save Townsville," Blossom said. The other two girls nodded and Elia started charging up her suit while saying, "Time to show you, why I am the strongest there is!"
Elia finished charging up her suit and both sides dashed at each other, as they collided in midair.
